Are the classes included in the monthly membership?
All gym classes on the schedule are included in the full deluxe membership option, as well as access to our nutrition demos and announced workshops. The only exceptions are the combat & martial arts classes - Kajukenbo, Capoeira & Boxing.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract to join?
No. We only require a 30 day notice upon cancellation, after which there will be one final charge.
I hate parking downtown! Where do I park?
Parking is free on the street before 8am and after 6pm and on the weekends. We also offer discounted parking passes in a secure garage across the street from our facility. Call today for more info!
I'm already a member. Can I bring a nonmember to work out with me or for a class.
Of course! We allow members to bring a friend up to two visits, after which drop-in rates apply for guests.
Do I have to be a member to train with a personal trainer on location?
No. We simply ask anyone practicing to sign our standard waiver.
I'm interested in membership or attending a class but I notice the doors are locked. How do I get inside?
We are a private facility. Members receive a key fob that lets them into the building. Or, someone is there each day to let you in. Simply call to set a time to visit or to be buzzed in if you are at the door.
Can I try out the facilities before joining?
You bet! We offer trial period. Call anytime and we'll get you started.
I'm in town for a few days....can I just get a day or week pass?
Yes. We offer workout passes and drop-in rates for the day or extended stay.

Group Fitness & Personal Training Cancellation Policies
At Envision, we understand life happens and sometimes cancellation is unavoidable. While our trainers are flexible, fair, and often willing to work on a case-by-case basis, the following are our general policies:
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
- Clients must cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice to get a refund. (Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.)
- If the client is late for the session, the session will still be charged in full.
- Once a payment has been made for training/sessions, there will be no refund but we will rescheudle a missed appointment when 24 hours notice is given.
